عَن اَنَسٍ قَالَ: خَدَمْتُ رَسُولُ اللّٰهِ صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَنَا ابْنُ ثَمَانِ سِنِينَ خَدَمْتُهٗ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ فَمَا لَامَنِي عَلٰى شَيْءٍ قَطُّ أَتٰى فِيهِ عَلٰى يَدَيَّ فَإِنْ لَامَنِي لَائِمٌ مِنْ أَهْلِهٖ قَالَ: دَعُوهُ فَإِنَّهٗ لَوْ قُضِيَ شَيْءٌ كَانَ۔
مشکاۃ المصابیح (حدیث 5819)Narrated by Sayyiduna Anas رضی اللہ عنہ, he said: "I served the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when I was eight years old. I served him for ten years, and he ﷺ never scolded me for anything that my hand spoiled. If anyone from his family reprimanded me, he ﷺ would say, 'Leave him alone, for If something else was destined, it would have happened. '"
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When someone's servant prepares food for him, then brings it and has endured its heat and smoke, then he should sit him down with him so that he can also eat. But if the food is little, then he should place one or two morsels from it on the servant's hand.' It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Saeed رضي الله عنه that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When one of you strikes his servant, then he mentions Allah, then he should lift his hand.' It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah ibn Umar رضي الله عنه that a person came to the Holy Prophet ﷺ and said: 'O Messenger of Allah ﷺ, how many times should we forgive a servant?' The Holy Prophet ﷺ remained silent. He repeated the question again; he remained silent. Then when the question was asked for the third time, he ﷺ said: 'Forgive him seventy times a day.'
