مشکاۃ المصابیح (حدیث 5784)It is narrated from Sayyiduna Simak ibn Harb that he narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir ibn Samurah: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had a broad mouth, eyes with a reddish-white hue, and slender heels.
Imam Muhammad bin Yusuf al-Salehi al-Shami also narrated this hadith similarly. Then, explaining the word منھوس found in the hadith, he wrote: " منھوس: أى قلیل لحم العقب meaning little flesh on the heel." The word manhus means that there was little flesh on the heels. Imam Ibn Juzi and Imam Baghwi have also narrated this hadith. From this, it is understood that the heels of the Holy Prophet ﷺ were not thick and fleshy, but there was less flesh on his heels. The heels and shins were slender, and this adds to a person's beauty. Like the entire blessed body of the Beloved Prophet ﷺ, his blessed heels were also not fleshy but were beautiful. In such a way that they were neither larger than the natural size of his foot nor were they sunken and hidden in the thickness of the foot. Because in both these cases, the heels lose their beauty and the human foot appears odd. In short, the blessed heels of the Beloved Prophet ﷺ, like his blessed body, used to appear moderate, beautiful, and radiant.
