عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ مَا مَسِسْتُ حَرِيرًا وَلَا دِيبَاجًا أَلْيَنَ مِنْ کَفِّ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلَا شَمِمْتُ رِيحًا قَطُّ أَوْ عَرْفًا قَطُّ أَطْيَبَ مِنْ رِيحِ أَوْ عَرْفِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ۔
صحیح بخاری (حدیث 3561)It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik رضي الله عنه that my hands never touched anything softer or more delicate than the blessed palm of the Noble Prophet ﷺ, and I never smelled any fragrance or perfume more pleasant and pure than the scent of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
The Last Prophet ﷺ had broad, fleshy palms, long wrists, and long, muscular arms. Sayyiduna Anas رضي الله عنه said, "I have never found anything as soft and delicate as the palms of the Beloved Prophet ﷺ, nor have I found any fragrance better and more pleasant than his." Anyone who shook hands with the Beloved Prophet ﷺ would find their hands fragrant for the entire day. Any child whose head the Beloved Prophet ﷺ touched would have a distinct fragrance compared to other children. Sayyiduna Jabir bin Samurah رضي الله عنه narrated that he had offered the Dhuhr Salah with the Beloved Prophet ﷺ and then accompanied him to his house. Upon seeing the Beloved Prophet ﷺ, small children ran towards him, and he placed his blessed hand on the cheek of each one. When I came forward, he also placed his blessed hand on my cheek, and I felt the coolness of his hand on my cheeks and a fragrance as if he had taken his hand out of a perfumer's box.
